To better match volunteers with roles that align with their experience and availability, volunteer assignments will be made directly by the Art Bra® Austin team rather than through open self‑sign‑up.

Volunteer Opportunities & Time Commitments

Roles will be assigned based on fit and availability for the following shifts:

• Move‑In / Set‑Up: 9:00am – 1:00pm
• Move‑In / Set‑Up: 12:30pm – 4:00pm
• Registration Volunteer: 3:00pm – 11:00pm
• Game Assistant: 4:00pm – 7:00pm
• Photo Booth: 4:00pm – 7:00pm
• Step & Repeat: 4:00pm – 7:00pm
• Greeters & Ushers: 4:00pm – 7:30pm
• Cleanup / Breakdown: 7:00pm – 10:30pm

Important Notes

• Volunteers will receive a detailed confirmation email prior to the event.
• An on‑site orientation will be provided on the day of the event.
